ENTRADA SOFTWARE NAMES ALAN WAGSTAFFE AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, SERVICES AND SUPPORT

SCOTTSDALE, AZ., August 9, 2002 - Entrada Software, Inc., (OTC BB: ETSW) a world-class enterprise software company and industry leader in providing comprehensive solutions for collaborative document management and total product traceability, today announced the appointment of Alan Wagstaffe to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales, Services and Support. Mr. Wagstaffe joins Entrada as and as a member of the Company's senior management team, reporting directly to Entrada President and CEO, Bruce Williams. Mr. Wagstaffe will lead all customer functions, including integrated sales, services and support activities for Entrada’s eChange Solutions and Kinnosa product lines. Mr. Wagstaffe will also direct the sales performance for both direct and channels businesses.



Mr. Wagstaffe brings more than thirty years of senior management experience and success in product marketing, global account sales, segment sales and international market development. He spent over twenty years with Motorola’s Semiconductor Products Sector in senior director-level and above positions. During this time, he carried global account responsibilities with customers such as Lucent, Ericsson, Seagate, HP, 3Com and Xerox, culminating his leadership of the Segment Sales organization with over $600 million in sales in 1997. He then went on to join the executive team that founded Phoenix-based On Semiconductor, and developed the Multinational Accounts organizations with customers that included Fujitsu, Nortel and Siemens — which, by 2001, generated over $500 million in sales. Alan hails from the UK, received his undergraduate degree at Salford University in Manchester, and his graduate degree from Arizona State University.
